Freeride Mountain Bike Team

New for Summer 2024 JHSC Freeride is excited to offer a competitive Mountain Bike Team! Freeride athletes will train at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Bike Park with JHSC Freeride Staff. All staff will maintain Wilderness First Aid and BICP certifications to ensure top notch instruction and safety during practice.  Athlete/coach ratio will be a maximum of 5:1 to ensure proper supervision and adequate time for instruction. JHSC Freeride MTB programming is open to athletes aged 13-18 who are already able to comfortably ride all terrain at the JHMR Bike Park.

We're very excited to bring a competitive youth Enduro/DH program to our community!

Dates and Times:

Practice will be 6/18- 8/30, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-4PM (6 hours weekly). We will meet at the base of Teewinot lift, in front of the Bridger Center. 

Teams: 

We have 2 team options. 1 for athletes interested in travel to regional races, and one for athletes only interested in local training and races.

Progression Team: Local practice and races only.

Competition Team: Local practice and races, as well as team travel to events in the Montana Enduro Series (Whitefish and Helena). As well as Utah Gravity Series (Pomerelle).

Pricing:

Progression Team Tuition: $2,000

Competiton Team Tuition: $3,900 

*subject to additional transportation expense for trips*

Registration opens March 1st. 

There are 10 spots available for Competition Team athletes and 20 spots available for Progression Team.
