Program Registration Information

Registration for select teams opens June 11th:
  • Nordic Prep Team
  • Nordic Comp Team
  • Alpine U16 Team
  • Alpine Devo FIS Team
  • Alpine FIS Team

All actively training student-athletes in the above teams must be regitered by June 18th.

Registration for the remainder of our winter programs opens August 1st. Families returning from the 2024-2025 season will have priority registration beginning July 15th.

Changes for the 2025-2026 season:

  • We are implementing a new system for travel expenses in order to better manage our accounts receivables balance.   The travel plan allows families to set up a payment plan for estimated travel/competition expenses. This payment plan will run through March 2026. In April, families will receive either a refund or invoice based on the actual charges. Families will receive monthly statements throughout the season and coaches will continue to send trip reports with the actual travel/competition expenses. If this presents a financial burden to complete registration, please contact Julie in the Business Office at info@jhskiclub.org or 307-733-6433 x2.  Before registering your child for their team, you will first register for the travel plan. 

    • Select the appropriate travel plan listed in the Memberships section of the Register menu.  In this process you will have the option to set up the payment plan or pay in full. Proceed to check out.

    • Then select the appropriate team listed in the Teams section of the Register menu.  As above, you will have the option to set up payments or pay in full.

RETURNING FAMILIES

  • If you have a balance from 24-25, the remaining balance must be paid before registration. If you need a payment plan, please contact Jessi Knori at jknori@jhskiclub.org 
  • PLEASE review all information in your account and update as necessary
  • If your U16 age child (13 & older) has their own email account please provide their email

ALL FAMILIES

  • Please include parent contact information who should receive team communications
  • Payment options:
    • Full payment
    • Payment plan with equal monthly payments from the date of registration through December 31st.
  • Scholarship:
    • If you are applying for need based scholarship, please register your child for the JHSC program while your application is in review to be sure a spot is reserved for your child
    • If the minimum monthly payment is a financial barrier to complete your child's registration, please contact Julie in the Business Office info@jhskiclub.org
