JHSC Programs Keep on Rolling!
Above is this week’s schedule showing that things are still rolling ahead at nearly full speed. While the master’s clinic has ended for the week, many of them will surely be travelling to West Yellowstone this weekend for the annual Rendezvous.
We reported over the weekend about the great successes in Pinedale at the Wyoming Nordic Skiing Championships as well as here at Trail Creek with the Fun Ski Race Day. An additional bit of news is that two of our very own managed to ski the grueling 55 kilometer 2022 American Birkebeiner classic course. Congratulations are in order to Devo Coach Rob Murphy and JHSC Director Ali Sehnert! All the results can be found on this page.
A change in the weather is happening at Trail Creek today. As of report time the temps have climbed to near 40ºF with a blustery chinook wind blowing down the canyon. The Husky was at it again today, covering most trails. All in all conditions are nice; things could get interesting this week with continued warm temps and forecasts of precipitation.
The Siefferts have concluded their winter pilgrimage so the Armin’s area will be returning to its normal condition.
