November 29th Grooming Report
Sun and Snow!
Beneath a tempestuous sky there is an ongoing battle today between sun and snow with so far the snow scoring a strong inch but as of 11:45 AM the sun winning the battle with partly sunny skies, calm winds, and a temperature just on the negative side of freezing.
Today’s grooming was with the Pisten Bully totally reworking the close field, complete with fresh classic tracks, hitting the Forest Service trails with double skate passes, and single passes everywhere else except for the trails that are still waiting for the next big dump.
Looks to be another busy day at Trail Creek with lots of skiers out this morning and the teams hitting it hard in the afternoon. Universal classic tracks are still waiting for another half foot or so of snow in the woods as there are still lots of Pisten Bully eating monsters lurking just below the surface.
Yesterday the team was conducting time trials in the close field with some impressive results, for all the details check it out here. If you haven’t done so yet, make sure to get your passes purchased so we can keep the Pisten Bully rolling and the kids skiing!
Groomer’s choice for today is the Forest Service Trails.
