February 18th Grooming Report
Three Legged Race!
The Teewinots were hard at it yesterday, showing everyone how to have fun on Nordic skis. The agenda was three legged races, and it looks like they were nailing the technique! Thanks for great images Coach Libby.

The snow keeps on coming, even though it’s been a little lighter today so far. The Teewinot below is showing us just how deep the snow has become in the past few days and weeks. As of report time today, the temperature is right at freezing and the wind is wandering between breezy and almost windy.
Today’s Husky grooming began in the woods with a pass on most every trail. Most classic tracks were reset today as well, although in a few sections the focus was on continuing to widen trails after the recent round of snow. Woolsey Woods, Homesite, and Nosebleed all received two passes. Attention then focused on the fields with most trails receiving multiple passes. Classic tracks were all reset; however, if current conditions continue, they won’t last long. All in all skiing is quite nice today, if the wind is too much for you, simply head to the woods for a great Nordic ski!
Groomer’s choice for today is Woolsey Woods.
