March 23rd Grooming Report
Blood on the snow?
If you go skiing at Trail Creek today, you might think you see blood on the snow. Fortunately, no, there was no murder today, and no moose were run down, we just had a slight technical malfunction, leading to a bit of hydraulic fluid leakage. No real harm was done, and hopefully the issue has been resolved, though it did delay grooming and lead to a bit of a truncated trails list for today.
Today’s grooming was a single pass of most trails, with double passes on the east fields and fields. Yesterday the snow was quite sticky out in the sun, so you may want to bring anti-seize just in case. Overall the trails are looking pretty good.
Groomer’s choice is the East Fields Woods.
