Alpine Program Updates
The Alpine Program currently has 4 teams working out every week to build the muscle and skills it takes to perform at their best once the snow flies! Each age group follows the long-term athlete development guidelines set out by US Ski & Snowboard to prevent injury and promote long term growth. Dryland training takes place 2-5 days a week for ages U12, U14, U16 & FIS. The older groups had the opportunity to have 3 sessions at Axis Gymnastics to work on balance, coordination and much more! Everyone is having a ton of fun while prepping their bodies and minds for the season ahead! We are excited to have 2 key speakers this fall to help the athletes prep for the season:

Devin Delaney, Nutritionist - "Nutrition Basics to Optimize Performance," Nov. 1, 4-6 PM
Pre Season Fall Camps
On October 8, we will have 12 athletes and 3 coaches on their way to Hintertux, Austria, for our first on-snow training camp of the season, followed by a 9 day on-snow training camp for U14, U16 & FIS at Loveland/Copper Colorado!

November Colorado Camp
Registration is open for Colorado Camp! We will be working on basic fundamentals and moving into SL & GS training. We will depart from Jackson on November 4 and drive back after a morning training session on November 13.
Price: $1850
Includes: Coaching, Training Lanes, Tickets, Food, Transportation & Lodging
