December 23rd Grooming Report
Something for Everyone!
So far today has been on the quiet side at Trail Creek; as of 11 AM it is a bit cool with a temperature of -12ºC/10ºF. The sky is cloudy and wind calm as we wait in hope of a bit more snow, forecasts indicating perhaps 3-4 inches in the next day or two.
The relatively benign weather has preserved yesterday’s classic tracks nicely while today’s Pisten Bully grooming refreshed almost all skate lanes throughout the trail system. While on a few of the trails in the close woods a bit of the base is showing through, the field and far woods are all holding nicely although additional snow would be welcome. All in all skiing will be nice for all today, no matter what your age, style, or skill.
