March 8th Grooming Report
Climb Every Hill!
If you skied every hill in the Trail Creek network today, you would probably be climbing somewhere around a thousand feet. Not only would that be a commendable feat, today would be just the day to do that!
As of report time, conditions are nearly perfect with sunny skies, calm winds, and a temperature of 26º. The weekend into Monday looks to be fantastic with some snow and cooler temperatures returning next week.
Today’s Husky grooming began with a circuit of most trails in the woods. Classic tracks from yesterday were in good shape so today’s focus was on skate lanes. Grooming then shifted to the fields with multiple passes and fresh classic tracks. Conditions are looking amazing with the recent snow responding nicely to the Husky’s touch today.
