January 30th Grooming Report--New Comb!

January 30th Grooming Report

New Comb!

What exactly is in the image above and below you may ask, it is a never before experienced Nordic specific corduroy, produced by the new comb installed yesterday on the back of our Husky.  The corduroy produced is specifically designed to create the optimum Nordic skiing experience; you’ll just have to check it out for yourself!

Today’s Husky grooming actually began around sunset last night with passes on almost every trail in the woods with classic tracks being reset in the narrower sections.  Early this morning the fields were reworked with the Close Field receiving multiple passes with fresh classic tracks.

Checking out racing results in West Yellowstone, our skiers have been doing a great job, all the results are available on the event website.

Finally there forecast calls for a strange white crystalline substance to fall from the sky on Monday, it’s been a while.  Totals won’t be epic, but a couple of inches would make all of our trails new.

Groomer’s choice for today is Beaver Ponds.
