January 2nd Grooming Report

Everywhere a Sign!

Once again Trail Creek is experiencing an awesome sunny day with the 11:45 AM conditions being sunny, calm, and the temperature at a slightly cool -17ºC/1ºF.  Yesterday all trails received extensive grooming and even though there was a bit of a morning rush yesterday, the teams weren’t out and the afternoon crowd was a bit on the short side which resulted in the trails being in pretty good condition this morning.

Taking advantage of this situation, the Ginzu was called to duty to deliver the remainder of the signs out to the trails (it works better for that job than the Pisten Bully) while doing a limited groom in the woods.  The Pisten Bully did groom the close field and also continued work on the Alternative Nordic X course up towards the ranch.

The snow is a little slow today because of the cool temps, but you don’t ski unless you want a work out and you will just get a little bit more today.

Groomer’s choice for today is the close field.
