January 25th Grooming Report
Busy Week Coming Up!
Looking ahead to next weekend in addition to a silly little football game, our JHSC racers will be off to West Yellowstone for the second of three JNQ qualifiers, some of our high school racers will be off to Casper for a Wyoming High School Race and most likely quite a few of our citizen racers will be making the journey to Ketchum, ID for the Boulder Mountain Tour. Itchy feet or a little valley fever, you’ve got good excuses to go to West Yellowstone, Casper, or Sun Valley!
Closer to home you’ll still be able to find plenty of good skiing here at Trail Creek. The Pisten Bully was hard at it today making rounds through most of the trails. The basic agenda today was fresh classic tracks and skate lanes in the fields with fresh skate lanes only in the woods as the classic tracks are still in pretty nice shape. The close field even received double classic tracks today.
Conditions as of 11 AM are mostly cloudy, a light to moderate breeze with a temperature right at freezing.
Groomer’s choice for today is the East Fields.
