February 7th Grooming Report
In Case You Didn’t Notice…!
When it comes to favorite segments at Trail Creek, none rank higher than Gutflop, Faceplant, and Suicide and if you didn’t notice, 10K skiers will get to do all three once plus an extra lap on Gutflop. Don’t forget you still get to climb Grunt so it should nearly be Nordic nirvana if you’re able to make it out for tomorrow’s Nordic Carnival.
12:30 conditions today are continued snowfall with storm totals approaching the two feet range. The winds are staying on the light side and the temperature is right at freezing.
Today’s grooming was multiple passes of the race courses that will be skied tomorrow including the Nordic X course. Conditions are once again a bit soft, but it has been quite busy this morning and the predominant feature on the faces of the skiers has been smiles.
Groomer’s choice for today is a practice lap for tomorrow’s Nordic Carnival.
