February 23rd Grooming Report
Don’t Forget the Suncreen!
It’s a bit of déjà vu with yet another perfectly sunny day at Trail Creek. As of 11:45 in addition to unlimited blue skies and calm winds, the temperature was the best in a while at a very Nordic friendly -8ºC/18ºF
Today’s Pisten Bully grooming covered all major trails with mostly skate grooming. If you’re looking for a bit of extra challenge today, Gutflop did get some serious reworking as well. Most classic tracks are still crisp and able to provide some nice kick.
Our generous hosts the Seiffert’s headed back home today so the trails on their property, Moose Loop and Armin’s received fresh classic tracks in addition to skate grooming. All in all conditions are really nice and this afternoon’s sun and warmth should make for an awesome ski!
