February 14th Grooming Report
Happy Valentine’s Day!
It’s a great day to take your sweetheart out for lovely Nordic ski! A chance to improve the relationship and a little exercise never hurts anything; grab your sweetheart for a Valentine’s Day ski today.
There is some very serious Valentine’s Day skiing going on 250 miles to the south at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center. Results are starting to pour in with some impressive finishes by our athletes; you can follow along at Summit Timing’s website.
As of 11:30 AM light snow is falling, there is a gentle breeze, and the temperature is -3ºC/27ºF. Today’s grooming was a Pisten Bully best line skate pass of almost every trail with the addition of new classic tracks throughout the fields. All in all conditions are really nice and you should be able to find joy (and love?) wherever you go.
Groomer’s choice for today is to ski with your sweetheart.
