December 27th Grooming Report
One Day to Go!
Tomorrow looks to be a great day for the 2019 Betty Woolsey 10 K Classic Race! The 10 AM start time forecast is -12ºC/10ºF with mostly sunny skies and calm conditions. Check out the course map at this link and get those skis waxed so you can join the fun tomorrow.
Today’s grooming was two Pisten Bully passes of the field section of the course with fresh classic tracks and a single PB pass best line skate pass through the woods section of the course. Overnight we got about an inch of ultra light snow that didn’t amount to much more than a smattering of magic stardust, but kind of fun to blast through with your skis. 11:45 conditions are calm cloudy and -11ºC/12ºF. If the forecast holds, grooming for the race will be this evening.
