What a great winter for backcountry skiing it has been! The backcountry programming has all but wrapped up, all JHSC teams have now had some formal avalanche training through AAI. Thank you to the coaches for making time for this, it has been great to watch how engaged all of the athletes were during these sessions.

We are planning another touring day in March. If you have not seen last months newsletter please do so to see photos and a recap of the touring day in January. What a great day it was. Dates are not set in stone yet, we are thinking sometime around March 20-24. Please contact me bvotilla@jhskiclub.org if you are interested or if a day works better for you.
