Alpine Program Update
Our junior competitive programs are in full swing with dryland. Trainings are going on from two to five days per week at Snow King.
At dryland we are working on balance, coordination, agility, endurance, AND power. We are trying to do all that while having lots of fun. Older groups are also involved with Gymnastics at Axis.
Right now we have fourteen U16 and FIS athletes in Hintertux, Austria, for on snow training, and we are preparing for our annual Colorado camp at Copper.
Europe Camp
For the first time, we have a group of fourteen U16 and FIS athletes at Hintertux Glacier in Austria. Prior to our arrival, they got 2 feet of fresh snow, and now we have real winter conditions.
Our focus is on fundamentals and gate trainings.
Alpine November Colorado Camp
We are organizing JHSC Fall camp in Colorado for U14, U16, and FIS athletes. We will train GS and SL at Copper Mountain.
We are leaving Jackson on November 5th and coming back on November 14th.
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON OCTOBER 20TH.
Price: $1800 for U16 & FIS athletes and $1550 for U14 athletes.
Included in price: Skiing, Training Lanes, Coaching, Transportation, Lodging, and Meals.
We will work on fundamentals, free skiing, gate training, etc.
