We are on Snow!
Mother Nature has been dragging her feet a little here in the valley this November. JHMR opened Friday, November 29 with a few trails and Snow King plans to open December 6th.
The FIS, U16 & U14 teams all went to Winter Park, Colorado and a group of U16s trained internationally in Austria already this fall! This fall made trip planning tricky with warm temperatures and a lack of snow just about everywhere close by. We were forced to cancel and pivot our plans to have the U14 and U16 teams head to Panorama, Canada since cold temps were slow to arrive. The FIS Team had a per Thanksgiving camp in Sun Valley which was very productive! The team is working hard and improving! Great job to our alpine student athletes and we look forward to seeing where the season takes them!
