Athletes and Parents!

I hope everyone has had an excellent summer and is enjoying their last few days of fun before school starts. We are looking ahead to the start of dryland training and our equipment nights next month. I know that many of you are playing fall sports, which is great and highly encouraged, so please let coaches know what your schedules are for those respective sports so we can staff accordingly for our dryland training days.
