Jeannie grew up playing competitive sports and went on to play Division 1 Field Hockey at The University of Virginia and was a 4 year starter. In adult life she has transitioned away from ball sports and into outdoor sports. She has enjoyed coaching with The JHSC Backcountry Program since 2022 and also enjoys being a NICA mountain biking Coach with the Jackson Hole Youth Mountain Biking Team. She spends equal time backcountry skiing and splitboarding and still isn't sure which one she likes better.
