Amberley Baker is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience protecting private property rights, navigating complex regulatory environments, negotiating land use matters, and advocating for clients at every level.
A founding partner of Wylie Baker LLP, Amberley represents landowning families in all of their land-use needs, interfacing with governments at both a local and state level, including drafting and enacting successful legislation. She serves as local counsel for development projects and real estate transactions throughout northwest Wyoming, and provides legal services to multiple prominent land-use nonprofits based in Jackson.
Amberley graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, and is currently a member of the Wyoming State Bar, the Texas State Bar, the Houston Bar Association, and the Teton County Bar Association. She has practiced law at Jones Day as a member of the mergers and acquisitions as well as the oil and gas practice groups in Houston, Texas, and was a partner in the Jackson, Wyoming firm Mullikin, Larson & Swift LLC, where she represented clients through real estate purchases and sales, development projects, leases, conservation easements, as well as general business acquisitions, formations, and governance matters.
