'24 WINTER CARNIVAL BY THE NUMBERS:

So far this year, JHSC has awarded just under $170,000 in need based scholarships. All proceeds from the Winter Carnival go to supporting scholarship funds.

Wednesday December 11th from 4-6pm @ The Base of Snow King

Participating in the Carnival is easy and rewarding!

Simply register your student-athlete here, gather pledges and donations from family members and friends to support the cause.

We will be using a pledge per Lap donation concept. A pledge per Lap means you will give $5 for every lap that your student-athlete completes in their discipline.

For example, if Jane pledges John to Nordic ski five laps then Jane's donation will be $25. Families and friends can also give a Simple Donation which means that you give a flat amount regardless of how many laps your student-athlete skis or snowboards. For example, Neighbor Kevin can give a flat donation of $50, $75, or $100. Either way, 100% of the donations will go directly to the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Scholarship Fund.

Schedule:

4:00-4:30: Check In / Bib Assignment @ Snow King Lodge Room

4:30 - 6: Lap your course, smile, cheer on your fellow Ski Club members!

 

Steps:

1. Register your Student-Athlete 

here

2. Sign them up in their Discipline of Choice 

3. Brainstorm with them how many laps they think they can do -- set out to get friends, neighbors, and family to support their laps

4. Show up on Wednesday December 11th from 4-6 @ the Base of Snow King--with your gear!

5. Have a blast testing your lap goal on the course your Coaches have set for you!

 

**If you do not have a Snow King Pass they are providing a $10 ticket for this event if you will be using the lifts during your discipline. Tickets will be available for purchase at the base of the Gondola at 4pm on Friday
