Gear Drop Off Times & Locations:

Thursday, Oct 22: Gear Drop at JHSC Offices
  • JHSC Offices; Snow King Center, 100 East Snow King Ave
  • 12 pm – 6 pm
  • $1.00 handling fee per item for those who have pre registered their items on MySkiSwap
  • $2.00 handling fee per item for those who need JHSC to register their items at the Swap
  • Limit of 20 items accepted per seller at the Thursday Drop Off due to limited storage capacity
  • Visit our page on MySkiSwap to register your items in advance.
  • Volunteers will be on hand to fasten your tags to your items at gear drop.
  • Pay handling fees by card, cash, or a check made out to “JHSC”
Friday, Oct 23: Gear Drop at Heritage Arena
  • Heritage Arena, 305 West Snow King Ave
  • 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm
  • $1.00 handling fee per item for those who have pre registered their items on MySkiSwap
  • $2.00 handling fee per item for those who need JHSC to register their items at the Swap
  • Volunteers will fasten your tags to your gear at gear drop
  • Items you wish to donate will also be accepted on Friday 
  • Pay handling fees by card, cash, or a check made out to “JHSC”

Items we cannot accept to sell:

  • Avalanche Transceivers
  • Rear-entry adult boots
  • Damaged or dirty items
  • Items that cannot be tagged (i/e knit hats, gloves, scarves without a manufacturer's tag)
  • Used helmets

More seller info:

  • JHSC keeps 30% commission on sold items
  • Check your MySkiSwap Account to see if items sold.
  • Saturday 10/24 2:00pm-4:00pm: Pick up your unsold items at Heritage Arena
    • ***IMPORTANT: Unsold items not retrieved by 4:00pm are donated and immediately leave Teton County
  • Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of the Monday after the Ski & Gear Swap. If you have any questions regarding the Ski & Gear Swap payment, email info@jhskiclub.org

Saturday, Oct 24: Ski Swap at Heritage Arena 

  • 7:00am: Early Bird Admission - $20
    • Children 12 and under attending with a parent or guardian are $10
  • 8:30am: Not-So-Early Bird Admission - $10
    • Children 12 and under attending with a parent or guardian are free
  • 9:30am: General Admission - $1
    • Children 12 and under attending with a parent or guardian are free
  • 12:30pm: Sale Ends

Cash, Local Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. 3% credit card fee applied at checkout. 

The following items are NOT allowed into Heritage Arena for the Ski Swap:

  • NO food or beverage
  • No backpacks or bags
