Allison grew up in Wisconsin and has been skiing for over 20 years. Her lifelong passion for the sport and strong Midwest roots have shaped her work ethic and love for progression. For university, Allison attended Colorado State University, broadening her love of skiing and pushing her out of her comfort zone and into new terrain (literally). Allison has been coaching for the past two years with the Club, Rockchuck & U10's. She focuses on developing strong fundamentals, confidence, and a positive mindset, helping athletes grow both on and off the hill. Her coaching style is supportive, energetic, and driven by a genuine love for skiing.

Education: BA in Communication Studies at Colorado State University

Personal Philosophy: I coach to share the same joy and sense of confidence that skiing gave me growing up. My goal is to help each athlete discover their own potential, enjoy the process, and develop a lifelong love for the sport.
