March 30th Grooming Report
Racing Day 1!
Beginning at 9 AM this morning, racers from around the world will be making laps on the sprint course at Trail Creek. Yesterday’s grooming went well, resulting in a blazing fast course this morning, some of the fastest skiing ever seen at Trail Creek could happen today. It would be fantastic if you could come on out and check it out.
The event website has a link to a google doc that has all the details of the three day race. A more detailed version of the map above can be viewed here. The course was groomed last night; moving forward look for grooming on the woods trails late afternoon, to be followed by the race course in preparation for tomorrow’s 2.5k mixed gender, mixed technique (skate and classic) relay which should be a hoot to watch.
Groomer’s choice for today is to watch some world class Nordic skiing.
