Development Team Coach

I started Nordic racing in 7th grade back in New Hampshire. After high school, I raced for the University of New Hampshire Nordic team until I transferred to Montana State University. After graduating from MSU, I moved to Jackson and started working as a Nordic instructor as one of my many jobs. In 2001, I started my career as a massage therapist. I love spending as much time in the mountains as possible, either skiing, trail running, mt. biking or backpacking.

 

Sport Specific Background, Experience, and Roles:

  • Skied for the University of New Hampshire Nordic team for 3 years

  • Taught Nordic skiing for 9 years

  • Qualified for the US Ski Mountaineering team and raced at the 

  • World Championships in France, 2013

  • Montana State University, B.S. 

  • Certified Massage Therapist 

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • PSIA Nordic

  • BLS/CPR

 

Personal Philosophy or Statement:

The human body is an incredible machine. With proper care and training, it can take us on amazing adventures on the ski tracks, into the mountains, and into the world.
