Johnny is excited to be back coaching after a brief time away from the Club. He grew up in Jackson, running around the Tetons. Summers consisted of chasing family around the mountains, hiking, climbing, and backpacking, with winters spent out at the resort, backcountry skiing, and ripping around on skinny skis. In middle and high school, Johnny raced with the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club, representing the intermountain division at Junior Nationals several times. While at the University of New Hampshire, he studied geology and raced in the ESIA circuit and competed at the NCAA championships in 2014. He is thrilled to be working for the Club again, coaching for the Junior Team and hopefully jumping in a few of the local races.

Personal Statement
I’ve grown up with incredible opportunities and access to the outdoors. I’ve always been drawn to outdoor actives and the experiences they provide. I hope while coaching I can help foster that with athletes so they can find joy being active outdoors, whether it’s through competition or general exploration!
