Coaching matters to me because I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to ski or snowboard and connect with the natural world. I coach because I realize how big of an impact we can have on up and coming athletes in our sport and to build life long relationships. I like to coach by making learning fun. If everyone is having fun they are much more likely to push themselves and progress their skills.
