U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Western Region Coaches Cert.

The US Ski & Snowboard Level 200 program, lead by Bryan Fish, is wrapped into an intense 2 day course that will focus primarily on physiology and training methods for developing cross country skiers. Pre-requisites: Current US Ski & Snowboard L100 Certification (includes: 80% or higher on L100 exam, USST approved technique clinic, current First Aid/CPR Certification, current US Ski & Snowboard Coach Membership).  The L200 concludes with a hand-in training plan assignment and an exam.

For L200 course, and for the L100 Technique Clinic, please bring rollerski equipment (skate and classic), and helmet   Rollerskis are required for L100 Technique Clinic, and encouraged for L200 participants if they want to participate in the Agility. Contact Ben Morley if you need to borrow roller skis.

4 p.m. Optional skate roller ski distance with JHSC Prep & Comp Team. 13 miles to Moose, or 20 miles to Jenny Lake GTNP.
